Here you will find answers to your questions about shopping at Madoria.
📦 Delivery and Orders
What is the order processing time?
Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday. Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 PM are typically shipped the same day. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, but for InPost and GLS, it's typically 1 business day (D+1) within Poland.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the chosen method:
- InPost parcel lockers: PLN 15
- InPost courier: PLN 16
- GLS courier: PLN 14

Do you send parcels abroad?
Yes, we ship to most European Union countries via GLS or InPost International. We do not ship to the UK. International shipping costs start at 40 PLN.
Where can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status by logging in to your Customer Account . Additionally, once your package has shipped, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking link (InPost or GLS).
↩️ Returns and Complaints
How much time do I have to return the goods?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Please note that returned items must be new, with tags attached, and show no signs of wear.
How to make a return?
The fastest way to do this is by using our Convenient Returns service. You can also return the package yourself to our warehouse address:

Is it possible to exchange for a different size?
Yes! If the size doesn't fit, please contact us by email: sklep@madoria.eu . An exchange involves returning the product (at your expense), and we'll send you a new size at our expense.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed immediately after the warehouse verifies the package, and within a maximum of 14 days of our receipt of the return. Funds will be refunded using the same method used to pay for the order.
💳 Payments
Can I pay on delivery (cash on delivery)?
No. At Madoria.eu, we only accept cashless payments (prepayment). This allows us to avoid the need for cash registers and offer more efficient logistics.
What payment methods do you support?
We support fast and secure online payments: BLIK, fast bank transfers, payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed by trusted partners (e.g., Przelewy24/Shopify Payments).
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, we can issue an invoice upon request (excluding VAT – we use the subjective exemption). The sales document will be sent electronically to the email address provided in the order.
🥼 Products and Sizes
How to choose the right size?
Each product includes a size chart . Our scrubs are measured flat. We recommend comparing measurements to your favorite clothing, not your body measurements. Remember, our fabrics are stretchy for your comfort.
How to wash Madoria medical clothing?
We recommend washing at temperatures up to 40°C-60°C (depending on the model, check the inside care label) to maintain color fastness and material properties. We do not recommend using strong chlorine bleach unless the product is labeled as chlorine-resistant (e.g., white coats).
